MESSAGE BOARDS

You agree to use EdgeAcademy.com Message Boards (if any) in accordance with the following Rules.

It is a condition of your use of the Message Boards and EdgeAcademy.com that you do not: a) restrict or inhibit any other user from using and enjoying the Message Boards. b) post on TEdgeAcademy.com or transmit to EdgeAcademy.com any material which may be unlawful, threatening, abusive, libelous, slanderous, defamatory, obscene, vulgar, pornographic, profane or indecent, including any material constituting or encouraging conduct that would constitute a criminal offense, give rise to civil liability or otherwise violate any local, provincial, federal or international law. c) post on EdgeAcademy.com or transmit to EdgeAcademy.com any material which violates or infringes in the rights of others, including rights of privacy or publicity or material which is protected by copyright, trademark or other proprietary right, without first obtaining permission from the owner or right holder. d) post on EdgeAcademy.com or transmit to EdgeAcademy.com any material which contains a virus or other harmful component. e) post on TEdgeAcademy.com or transmit to EdgeAcademy.com any material for commercial purposes or which contains advertising.

You understand that Edge Academy has no obligation to monitor the Message Boards. However, Edge Academy reserves the right at all times to disclose any information as necessary to satisfy any law, regulation or governmental request, or to edit, refuse to post or to remove from the website any information or materials, in whole or in part, that in Edge Academy’s sole discretion are objectionable or in any way violate these terms and conditions.

If you fail to abide by these Rules when taking part in an TEdgeAcademy.com Message Board service, you will be sent an e-mail which informs you why your contribution has been failed or edited. This mail will also include a warning that continuing to break the rules may result in action being taken against your account or accounts.

This action may include your relevant account or accounts being placed into pre-moderation or a temporary or permanent suspension of your ability to participate in any or all of EdgeAcademy.com website areas.

If you post or send offensive or inappropriate content anywhere on or to the EdgeAcademy.com website or otherwise engage in any disruptive behaviour on EdgeAcademy.com, and Edge Academy considers such behaviour to be serious and/or repeated, Edge Academy may use whatever information that is available to it about you to stop any further such infringements. This may include informing relevant third parties such as your employer, school or email provider about the infringement/s.

Edge Academy reserves the right to delete any contribution, or take action against any account, at any time, for any reason.

PRIVACY POLICY, MEMBER ACCOUNT, PASSWORD AND SECURITY

Where you must complete a registration process in connection with TEdgeAcademy.com you must provide to Edge Academy current, complete and accurate information about yourself as prompted. If you need to change any of your personal details including for example, your credit or debit card details, you may amend such information by clicking on My Account. We will process your personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for all use of and for protecting the confidentiality of any username, email verification and password used by you in connection with EdgeAcademy.com. You may not share these with or transfer them to any third parties. You must notify Edge Academy immediately of any unauthorised use of them or any other breach of security regarding EdgeAcademy.com that comes to your attention.

DELIVERY

Edge Academy uses Canada Post, first class postage prepaid service to deliver all products. The delivery times may vary depending on your purchase date, your delivery address and any circumstances that may impact the Canada Postal Service.

TERMINATION

This agreement is effective until terminated by Edge Academy, at any time without notice. Any termination shall not give rise to any liability of Edge Academy.

CONFLICT OF TERMS

If there is any conflict between these terms and specific terms appearing elsewhere on EdgeAcademy.com then the latter shall prevail.

If any of these terms are determined to be illegal, invalid or otherwise unenforceable by reason of the laws of any state or country in which these terms are intended to be effective, then to the extent and within the jurisdiction in which that term is illegal, invalid or unenforceable, it shall be severed and deleted from these terms and the remaining terms shall survive, remain in full force and effect and continue to be binding and enforceable.

These terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Ontario and Canada.
